Where does the other ~22% come from? Is it % of total expenditure, ie deficit is the other 22%?

I've noticed you're not tagging your posts - which means they will be lost if one searches for your early blogs at some later date when you're famous. Or maybe that's your plan :)
(When you correct the problem, add a name of blog category - it's real easy, honest. A search productivity improvement that involves little investment)
