I often get my basic information from The Economist, and then I do my own research by going straight to the sources they supply. I realize that we can't expect too much from a news magazine, but I’m with you -- I wish The Economist would do my work for me (ie. mention Canada!).

Forbes is pretty good about including Canada in its rankings and profiles. In fact, if it became a weekly, I *might* be tempted to just cancel my Economist subscription.

BTW, we’re ranked 11th, down from 10th, on the NRI.

Canada often gets left out of international comparisons of this type, I have noticed.
